Hello,
I am a highly motivated young logistics specialist, equipped with a wealth of experience garnered
during my internship in the Transport Operations department, where I was a part of the export
team at outstanding German company.
Currently, I am open to work opportunities, so I would like to tell a bit about myself here.
EDUCATION
The Academy of Business in Wroclaw is a place where I got my first knowledge of Logistics,
Business, Management, developing my communication, networking, and team-player skills.
There, I honed not only my theoretical knowledge but also my practical skills, with a particular
focus on real-world practical use. Throughout my academic journey, I actively engaged in various
engineering and creative projects, collaborated within teams, and used my problem-solving and
brainstorming skills to contribute to results.
EXPERIENCE
During my internship experience at Schaeffler, one of the leaders in the Industrial Machinery
Manufacturing branch headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany, I was entrusted with
responsibilities in the Transport Operations department and became part of the team that is in
charge of export process execution. I was involved in the daily processes of control, reporting and
workflow of the company's Transport Operations department, along with complex challenges in
customs documentation, inbound and outbound logistics, and transportation processes. I was
also involved in export handling and proof of export procedures, cooperating with external
freight forwarder companies and customs offices. My role also included everyday work with the
SAP system, handling and verifying export documents, declarations, invoices, track and trace
shipments activities.
Carrying out the processes within my scope, I was focused on process improvement, operational
efficiency, solving various problems, and communication between the team members.
ENGLISH
In terms of language proficiency, I hold an English TOEIC certificate at the B2 level. During my
internship, I adeptly communicated in English, maintaining regular interaction with the
international transport departments of transport companies. Besides, I am always in the process
of improving my language skills.
OPEN TO WORK
Currently, I am actively seeking new professional opportunities that will enable me to use and
expand my skill set, knowledge, and experience. I am results-driven, process-focused, and a
diligent team player with great analytical skills.
