Goal 1. Small Group: Academic
Students who was failing 2 or more classes in first semester, will
decrease their total number of failed grades by 20% from 25 total
Fs as a group, to 20 total Fs by December 2023.

Implications for Small Group
● Students who were in sports
○ Missing class resulted in docking in participation
● Students did not know one another
○ Having a mixed grade group created separation in the
group
● Not everyone started at the same time
○ There were a few of students that started at week 4
Goal 2. Closing the Gap: Attendance
By January 2024, overall grade level students who were
chronically absent in the end of first semester of 2022-2023 will
decrease by 10% from 353 students, to 318 students at the end of
first semester of 2023-2024.

There is a -21.17% change, therefore, there is a 21.17 decrease in chronic


absenteeism.

This interest survey was taken during the Junior Counseling Lesson in December 2023.
The students voted for topics that they were interested to see in future lessons. The total
of students who participated was 320.
