Title: Smile Chikiting

Location: Purok Papaya, Barangay Kialat Glan Sarangani Province

Introduction:

Smile Chikiting is planned to organize in order to fulfill the basic personal

needs of the children’s here in purok papaya, Brgy. Kialat Glan Sarangani
Province. For the reason that the children there are lack of having a proper
hygiene and we are hoping that this program will be implemented and approve
by the leaders of the barangay Officials.

This personal hygiene contains the following items:

 Hand towel
 Toothbrush/ toothpaste
 Shampoo
 Soap
 Disposable razors
 Alcohol
 Comb

Objectives:

At the end of this outreach program the children should be happy and
satisfied in the items that they may receive.

Plan of Implementation:

In order to implement the smile chikiting program we will organize a fun

run activity so that we can raise enough amount of money for our program.

We are planning to implement the outreach program the Smile Chikiting

on Decembar 26, 2023.
