As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help our front-end engineering team to create reusable,
performant, and optimized UI components and craft intuitive UX flows shaping the future of
crowdfunding and supporting creators worldwide.

Please note that we prefer full-time availability and we will not consider a consulting or part-time
engagement as you’ll have a pivotal role leading a small team of your own.

In this role, you will:

● Interpret and transform UI mockups and wireframes into responsive and performant user
interfaces.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers closely to create meaningful UX flows.
● Design, develop, and implement streamlined user experience with pixel-perfect and
performant front-end applications.
● Integrate APIs to implement novel features.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production code or platform issues.
● Continuously identify scopes to improve existing experience and workflows, participate in
code reviews, and write tests to ensure a high level of code quality.
● Communicate and collaborate with managers, designers, and full-stack engineering
teams throughout the organization and the clients of the protocol.

For this role, you:

● are a seasoned Front End software engineer, with more than 5 years of professional
experience building stable and scalable applications in modern front-end tech stack
(React, TypeScript, Chakra UI, Tailwind, NextJS, EtherJS, Storybook, Vitest, Jest,
Playwright, Jotai/Zustand/Recoil, etc.).
● are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
● built large-scale front-end applications in production supporting thousands of users,
while preserving personal identifying information and ensuring accessibility.
 ● have experience with CI/CD pipeline management for Single Page Applications (SPA).
● have experience optimizing front-end components for maximum responsiveness, reuse,
and performance across devices and browsers.
● can communicate complex technical architecture and coordinate project deliverables
among multiple engineers and stakeholders.
● can join meetings outside of normal working hours as some of our partners, clients and
team members are based in other time zones.
