Bliss Car Wash, LLC Membership Program - Terms and Conditions

BY PURCHASING A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TO BLISS CAR WASH, LLC ("Bliss"), AS THE

MEMBER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NON-
MATERIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

A Bliss monthly membership can be used at any Bliss Car Wash, LLC Location. The membership
will automatically renew on (or after) the initial subscription day every month. There are no refunds
for lack of use during the subscription term or for partial months.

A Bliss membership is tied to a vehicle that has the corresponding RFID ("Radio Frequency
Identification"). RFID Tags are applied to the front windshield and must be placed by a Bliss
employee. Tampering with the RFID tags will result in replacement at Member's expense. However,
Member has the right to transfer the membership to another vehicle one (1) time per year.

How to cancel your membership? Prior to your next renewal date, you may cancel your monthly
membership and stop automatic monthly renewals by contacting the Bliss Member Services Team
at (800) 697-7459.

In order to receive periodic updates and notification of changes to the membership program, it is
the Member's sole responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number
on file with Bliss. Member agrees to receive promotions by email and Opt in for text message alerts
- carrier charges may apply.

Bliss reserves the right to immediately cancel any and all membership benefits should the
Member's credit/debit card on file be declined.

Bliss may increase monthly rates. Notice of any price increase will be communicated by the Bliss
team at least 30 days in advance. Price increases will be communicated both on our website under
the members tab and via email address we have on file.

Bliss reserves the right to close any location for any reason including, but not limited to, inclement
weather, major holidays and/or equipment failure.

By enrolling in the program, you represent to Bliss that you understand and agree to these terms
and conditions.
