A Report on one day Orientation Program on curriculum design and delivery for B.Com 2 nd Sem Law and
Practice of Banking.

The day began with an interactive session on Law and Practice of Banking for B.Com 2ndsem course as per
NEP 2020 by Prof . G V Sujatha (GFGC, Kadugudi).

The presentation was split between Module-wise questions covering all the sections as per Examination
Stand Point and the Second half of the session was devoted to case – study.

The Resource person explained and enumerated how to approach case study from each module.
Eventually, the faculty members and participants deliberated words of suggestion in the same regard. Also
the participants of the workshop identified the following needs.

1) Equal weightage to be given for all the chapters with regard to setting questions for section A, B &
C.
2) Some suggested that case study to be restricted only for 1 st and 2nd Chapters i.e, Introduction to
Banking, Customer and Account Holders.
