My name is Sebastian Lincovil, and I am interested in the positions of chef for Italian food
restaurant, as advertised on LinkedIn. I graduated in gastronomy at the University of Sao
Paulo, in my stay I worked as a kitchen assistant in an Italian food restaurant, I also had the
opportunity to be an exchange semester in Italy which allowed me to do my internship in a
pasta and pizza restaurant.

There, I have been able to learn pasta cooking techniques, technique and proportions of the
dough and also to recognize the good quality ingredients that are essential to have a
differentiating flavor. I also learned to work in a team and to be able to work under pressure
when there is a lot of public, I also worked as a waiter in a hotel which allowed me to interact
with people of different nationalities which allowed me to improve my English.

I am sure that all of the above, makes me an ideal candidate, which will allow me to
demonstrate my learning of Italian food and acquire new knowledge. Please find enclosed my
