 Operate, maintain troubleshoot a wide variety of complex HVAC
systems

(BAS)
 Collaborate with Operations manager and engineers, contractors,
and others to address facility and customer needs.
 Refence with as built drawings and repair manuals and parts
catalogue for complex repairs
 Documentation for all chiller logs and history records for the
maintenance and repairs
 Operate and maintain cooling towers, water circulation pumps, air
handlers, heat exchangers, exhaust fans, and chemicals.
 Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment electrically and
mechanically, replace valves, switches, fans, belts, and actuators.
 Good knowledge about Permit to work system (PTW) and several
kinds of permits like cold work, hot work and Limit space entry
permits.
 Ductable Split and various capacity of single & double skin air
handling units.
 Maintenance of Cold Room, Desire Air Changes, Room Pressure,
Temperature & RH in Clean Room.
