Memorandum of Understanding

The purpose of this MOU is to identify a framework of

cooperation and partnership between both the parties. The
collaboration will be mutually beneficial for both the below
mentioned parties.

Party 1 - Commercium- The Commerce Society of P.G.D.A.V.

College
Party 2 – UpSchol

Deliverables to be provided to Party 1 by Party 2:

1. Cash compensation of INR 35,000 by party 2:
a) For conducting career fair on 30th January to be noticed by
200-350 students
b) Co-Sponsor of Youth Conclave 5.0 upheld on 8th February
2024.

2. The payment of INR 35,000 will be given to Party 1 by Party 2

on 30th January 2024.
3. Temporary stalls (if required) will be set up by party 2.
4. Promotion of Youth Conclave through 5 stories of our event
and one story of our teaser.
5. Collaborative post with Commercium as co-sponsor.
Deliverables to be provided to Party 2 by Party 1:
1. Conducting the career fair in P. G. D. A. V. College, on 30th
January 2024 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
2. Organising management inside college will be managed by
party 1.
3. A footfall of 200-350 students will be provided by party 1 for
career fair.
4. Brand promotion through offline and online sources for
Youth Conclave.
5. Deliverables of Co-Sponsor to be provided as discussed.

The parties of this Memorandum, through their duly

authorised representatives have executed this document and
certify that they have read, understood and agreed to the
terms and conditions. Should there be any dispute relating
to the any aspects of cooperation, it will be jointly be
resolved by the both the parties.
