One of the most common images is that of the international community. In this image,
each state has individual characteristics within the community. It is a space of states
with related groups and individuals of different cultures, races and classes, and
addresses a variety of issues especially in the integration of global interstate structures.
The downside of the global intergovernmental system is that although its purpose is to
solve global problems for all states, it creates some problems.

First, we look at the state as a unit and describe its behavior in terms of the structural
features of the system. The most important feature of the interstate system is that it is
either anarchy or has no laws and only certain states follow their major leaders. A
chaotic system is one where every nation is under real or potential threat at all times, so
its primary goal is security. Security in such systems can only be achieved by
maintaining power. Similarly, in an equal distribution of power within the system favors
peace, and in an unequal distribution of power leads to war. also states that in the
intergovernmental system, after the main authority he is followed by persons. If a
particular leader is prone to ignorance and tends to make decisions only on their own,
irrational actions can be taken and this can lead to hegemonic domination. Like Adolf
Hitler, an irrational leader who provoked various wars in his time, his countrymen
suffered.

On the other hand, the integration of the modern world system is now integrated into a
global economy dealing with a global political system. It also includes all cultural
aspects and interactions between people from different states. Meanwhile, today's
global intergovernmental system has built-in rules for systematic processes to resolve
such issues. This allows the system to help states that need immediate attention to their
problems.

In summary, the emergence of global intergovernmental systems can have positive or

negative effects on certain nations if their leaders are irrational. There is no denying that
our own problems can be solved with the help of others through the global
intergovernmental system. And the main goal of any given nation is to meet the needs
of its people and prevent conflicts with other nations that could lead to war.
