Head & Body
*** Stuff the piece firmly as you go. Place 8 mm safety eyes
between the 19th & 20th rows, leaving 10 sc between them.

*** After this row, start crovheting the arms (tentacles) of the
octopus using FLO stitches. The lower part will be joined to the
remaining stitches of this row as BLO. 8 arms will be crocheted
in total.
*** To crochet the first arm, ch 42 and from the 2nd ch 5 sc, 10
hdc, 15 dc, 11 trc, skip 2 ch and make 1 slst to the next ch.
Crochet 2 slst betweeen each arm. Ch 42 again and repeat the
same to complete the second arm.
*** Complete all arms in the same way and fasten off.
*** Embroider eyes, eyebrows and mouth with white and black
threads as shown in the picture.

*** After this row start to crochet the arms of the octopus like we
did with the upper part. Ch 42 and from the 2nd ch 5 sc, 10 hdc,
15 dc, 11 trc, skip 2 ch and 1 slst to the next ch. Crochet 2 slst
between each arm. Complete 8 arms in the same way.
*** After completing all the arms in the lower part, combine the
lower and upper part with 40 sc, using the BLO stitches in the
27th row of the body.

*** After finishing the upper and lower parts, place the arms so
that they match each other. Join the arms with crocheting single
crochet around them as shown in the picture. Cut your yarn.

shown in the picture and sew it.

Side Fins
1. With blue yarn make a magic ring and ch 3,
1 trc, 3 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc, slst
*** Complete both side fins in the same way and leave enough
long yarn tail to sew. Sew them on the sides of the body.

Mane
*** The lenght of the piece should be measured according to the
yarn and crochet hook size used.
1. Ch 32 with blue yarn and start to crochet
on the 3rd ch. Into the same ch space 5 dc,
skip 2 ch, 1 slst, skip 2 ch, into the same ch
space 5 dc, skip 2 ch, 1 slst, ... repeat the
same for 5 times and make 2 slst into the
last 2 ch
*** Place the mane on the body and head as shown in the picture
and sew it.

Starfish

*** I used cotton lace yarn and 0.75 mm crochet hook when
crocheting my little star fish. You can use the same, or you can
use any yarn you'd like.
1. With pink yarn make a magic circle and 6
ch. From the 2nd ch from hook 3 slst, 2 sc
and slst into the mr. You've completed the
1st one. Ch 6 again and repeat the same.
Make 5 of them in total.
*** Leave enough long yarn tail to sew and sew it as shown in
the picture.

*** After completing the seahorse with all its parts as shown in
the picture, you can decorate it by beading.
