THE EMPLOYEES SOCIAL SECURITY ORDINANCE, 1965
Define Secured Person. Explain in detail the benefits available under the Employees

Social Security Ordinance, 1965 to a Secured Person. Please also refer at least one Case

Law in this regard. (10 Marks)

Define Trade Union. Explain in detail the procedure for the registration of a Trade Union

under the Industrial Relations Act, 2012. (10 Marks)
