Project Location : Tal-ut Elementary School, Tal-ut, Valecia, Carcar City Cebu

I. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

To create a safe and conducive building facility for parents and teachers in preparing foods for school
children. Provide access to quality foods, change dietary habits, and improve health and education
outcomes: To reduce rates of malnutrition, stunting, and wasting among participating children.

II. Scope of Works

The proposed project is to construct an isolated building structure intended for preparation and cooking
of foods for feeding of school children. The project also includes proper sanitations facilities and
programs such as installation of sanitary lines, grease traps, etc. as control to possible waste generated
during preparation of foods.

III. Expected Benefits

Upon the completion of the project, the parents assigned to prepare foods will be confident to
undertake their tasks safely while protecting the environment.

IV. Design and Structures

The design and structures of the facility shall consist of concrete floorings, half concrete walls, concrete
column foundation and footings for column post, food waste septic vault, standards sanitary lines and
fittings, good lumber for columns, roof trusses, etc.. (Please see attached drawings on separate sheets)
