use a package fit for the size of your items.

Print and add the pre-paid return label to the package
Print the label and instructions on A4 paper. Cut out the prepaid shipping label.
Tape up your package, remove any older labels and barcodes, and fix our
shipping label to the outside of the package. Without our shipping label, your
Zendingsnummer: (00)087000002513522940 return won’t be processed.

Important information
It is unfortunately not possible to return two different orders in one package. If
you need to return a second order, please register it separately and use two
different shipping labels and packages.

Drop off the package

Drop the package off at an eligible drop-off location. You will receive a receipt as
proof of return, make sure to keep it until your return has been processed.
