Reflecting on my journey in oral communication laat year, I've realized the

immense growth I have experienced in expressing myself effectively. From the first day
nervously stumbling over my words during the first presentations to confidently
articulating my thoughts and ideas, the progress has been significant. I have learned the
importance of clarity, tone, and body language as well as gestures in conveying
messages persuasively. Through various lessons and group discussions, I've honed my
ability to engage an audience and adapt my communication style to different contexts.
Overall, oral communication has not only enhanced my public speaking skills but also
boosted my self-confidence.
SECTION II – KOMUNIKASYON AT PANANALIKSIK
Sa Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik, ako ay sumaliksik sa mga kawing ng
komunikasyon at pananaliksik, na nagdulot sa akin ng mas malalim na pag-unawa kung
paano ipinapamahagi at ina-analisa ang impormasyon. Sa pamamagitan ng mga
proyektong pananaliksik at pag-aaral ng mga kaso, natutunan kong maingat na suriin
ang mga pinagmulan, pagtukoy sa mga mapagkakatiwalaan at di-mapaniniwalaang
impormasyon, at ipakita ang mga natuklasan nang maayos. Bukod dito, nabuo ko ang
mas malaking pagpapahalaga sa papel ng komunikasyon sa paghubog ng mga
pananaw at pagpapalakas ng diskurso sa lipunan. Ang asignaturang ito ay nagbigay sa
akin ng mahahalagang kasanayan na hindi lamang limitado sa silid-aralan, kundi
nagbigay sa akin ng kakayahan na mag-navigate sa isang mundo na sagana sa
impormasyon nang may kahusayan at paningin.
SECTION III - GENERAL MATHEMATICS
My journey through General Mathematics has been both challenging and
rewarding. From learning basic functions to the complexity of tautology , each lesson
has expanded my mathematical repertoire. I've come to appreciate the practical
applications of mathematics in everyday life, from budgeting and problem-solving to
understanding patterns in the world around us. While there were moments of frustration
and confusion, overcoming those hurdles has been incredibly fulfilling. General
Mathematics has not only strengthened my analytical thinking but also instilled in me a

SECTION II – PAGBASA AT PAGSULAT
Sa pagdaan ng taon, naging mas bihasa ako sa pag-unawa at pagpapahayag ng
mga kaisipan sa Filipino. Natutunan ko ang kahalagahan ng mabuting pagbasa at
masining na pagsusulat. Sa pagtuklas sa iba't ibang teksto, nabuksan ang aking isipan
sa iba't ibang kultura at pananaw. Ang pagsasanay sa pagsulat ng mga sanaysay at
talaarawan ay nagbigay sa akin ng kakayahan na maipahayag ang aking sarili nang
malinaw at mabisa sa Filipino.
SECTION III – DISS (Discipline and Ideas in Social Science)
Through the study of diverse topics in the DISS curriculum, I've gained a deeper
understanding of societal issues and learned to think critically about them. I was able to
understand and know the importance of the different areas in the society. From learning
the complexity of psychology, number setting of the economics, linguistics, politics,
geography and others. Engaging in discussions and debates has sharpened my ability
to analyze complex problems and consider multiple perspectives. This subject has
empowered me to be more informed and proactive in addressing social challenges in
my community and beyond.
SECTION IV - FILIPINO SA PILING LARANG
Sa pag-aaral ng Filipino sa Piling Larang, naging mas malawak ang aking
kaalaman sa iba't ibang larangan tulad ng agham, teknolohiya, sining, at industriya.
Natutunan ko ang kahalagahan ng pagpapahalaga sa ating kultura at identidad bilang
mga Pilipino. Sa pamamagitan ng mga proyekto at pagtalakay sa mga isyu sa larangan
ng Filipino, naging handa akong harapin ang mga hamon at magbigay ng kontribusyon
sa pag-unlad ng ating bansa.
SECTION V - INTRODUCTION TO WORLD RELIGION AND BELIEF SYSTEM
Studying Introduction to World Religion has been eye-opening. Learning about
different belief systems and their cultural contexts as well as their history has deepened
my appreciation for diversity and expanded my understanding of human spirituality. I've
realized the importance of tolerance and respect for others' beliefs, and how religion
plays a significant role in shaping behaviors and societies worldwide.
SECTION VI - 21ST CENTURY LITERATURE FR. PHILIPPINES & THE WORLD
In the 21st Century subject, I've delved into the digital landscape and explored
how technology shapes our world. From coding to digital citizenship, I've acquired
essential skills for navigating the digital age responsibly and innovatively. This subject
has empowered me to harness technology for positive change and adapt to the rapidly
evolving digital environment.
