The Ministry of Technicol ond Higher Educotion (MTHE) wishes to inform the generol
public thot the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco is offering scholorships to
suitobly quolified Sierro Leoneons who moy wish to pursue studies in the following
courses in Moroccon Public lnstitutions of Higher, Technicol ond Professionol
'Educotion for the 2024/2025 ocodemic yeor.

APPLICATION CRITERIA
l. Appliconts .for the Undergroduote Courses must not be more thon 23 yeors
 of oge; those for the Postgroduote Moster's Courses must not be obove 35
yeors of oge ond not more thon 40 yeors for Ph.D. oppliconts.
2. Uplood o study plon or reseorch proposol of I000 words for postgroduote
students only
3. lnterested oppliconts must use the Ministry of Technicol ond Higher
Educotion (MTHE) website (www.mthe.gov.sl) to opply
4. Completed opplicotion form with oll supporting documents should be
submitted to the Ministry's website on or before 24tr April 2024.

Note:
French being the vehiculor longuoge in the mojority of troining institutions in
Morocco, in porticulor in the scientific, technicol ond economic sectors, the
condidotes who will be odmitted to the soid sectors, who do not moster the
French longuoge, will hove to continue during the ocodemic yeor 202412025,
"refresher courses in French of the lnternotionol Longuoge Center in Robot, under

the AMCI.

Further, Appliconts with knowledge of written French ond/or Arobic will be given
priority.

of Technicol ond Higher Educotion for interview
