STAFFING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
M/S Acme HR Consulting and DIGIPRIMA
The obligations of both parties is detailed as below –
DIGIPRIMA OBLIGATION
• DIGIPRIMA will give requirement brief, a clear and comprehensive description of
the requirements it seeks in a potential candidate. This would include description
of the position for which recruitment is sought, person and qualification
specifications, relevant organization details, CTC bracket per Position, etc, as is
necessary for Acme HR Consulting to effectively perform its obligations under this
Agreement
• Information given to Acme HR Consulting true, fair and accurate information
about itself to be furnished by Acme HR Consulting to the Potential candidate.
• Intimate Acme HR Consulting within 3 days’ time of receiving the bio-data of a
potential candidate if DIGIPRIMA is already in possession of or has already
considered the bio-data of the said candidate.
• Exercise abundant care and caution in handling the bio-data and information
provided to Client by Acme HR Consulting so that no unauthorized use or misuse
is made of the same.
• Upon recruitment of a potential candidate, intimate the fact of such recruitment
and provide the gross salary and CTC details within 7 days of the issuance of the
Offer Letter.
ACME HR Consulting OBLIGATION
• Recording of DIGIPRIMA requirement brief.
• Provide DIGIPRIMA with suitable profiles of potential candidates which meet the
requirement as intimated to Acme HR Consulting from time to time.

• Ensure that the potential candidates are given fair and accurate
information about DIGIPRIMA and its requirements.
• Provide to DIGIPRIMA any information about a potential candidate that is in
the knowledge of Acme HR Consulting and disclosure of which information
may be considered to be relevant to the recruitment process and in the
interest of DIGIPRIMA
• Communicate and coordinate between DIGIPRIMA and the potential candidate
in fixing the venue, time or such other matters relating to meetings between
DIGIPRIMA and potential candidate.
• Assist DIGIPRIMA with the coordination of acceptance of job offers by and
between the potential candidate and DIGIPRIMA
IT IS HOWEVER UNDERSTOOD BY AND BETWEEN DIGIPRIMA AND
ACME HR CONSULTINGTHAT
• In the event that a potential candidate is recruited by DIGIPRIMA for any
position/post/vacancy other than which he was originally intended for, within
One year of Acme HR Consulting providing his bio data to DIGIPRIMA, then the
terms of this agreement shall apply as if the potential candidate was intended
for the position/post/vacancy that he has actually been recruited to.
• Acme HR Consulting shall not be held liable for any inadequacies or
inaccuracies in information (as provided to Acme HR Consulting by client to be
communicated to the potential candidates) as provided to or understood by
the potential candidates.
• The ultimate decision on recruitment of personnel and of the completion of the
recruitment process rests solely with DIGIPRIMA to be exercised at its
discretion or pleasure or in accordance with its policies.

CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
It is understood by and between Acme HR Consulting and DIGIPRIMA that

• Acme HR Consulting will not disclose information that may be classified as


confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into this
agreement.
• The Appointment Letter and the terms contained therein are confidential
information and shall be used by Acme HR Consulting only for the purposes of
billing and accounting.

REPLACEMENT
Acme HR Consulting shall offer only one free replacement if the candidates sourced
by Acme HR Consulting leaves within 3 months after joining.

PAYMENT TERMS
The recruitment fees would be payable before or on the 30day of candidate’s joining
at DIGIPRIMA.

GST

GST is charged in addition to commercials decided. This is subject to taxes


as applicable as per government rules.

PRICING
The recruitment fee structure is flat 8.33% that will be charged on annual CTC of the
candidate

CTC includes the basic salary, all committed allowances, incentive


and reimbursements and all retirement benefits.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused this agreement to be executed


by and through their duly authorized representatives as of the date written
herein.
