Introduction

This proposal is intended to tackle the low levels of staff motivation within the
company due to the perception that no interest or investment is made in their
personal development.
Proposal
The following ideas were considered in order to solve the above-mentioned problem:
Firstly, a shadowing scheme where staff follow colleagues from different
departments to see how the company work as a whole is suggested. This scheme will
allow staff to have a more clear and general vision of the company, perform their
activities taking this new framework in mind and discover possible transversal
future working oportunities within the company.
Secondly, it is advisable to allow staff to a variety of online courses. This will
help improve the perception of interest in their development from the side of the
company.
Finally, it is recommended to allocate a training budget to each department in
order to fulfill the above proposed solutions. The budget will be discussed in a
future meeting.
Conclusions
It is important for the company to invest in the formation of the staff so it
improves its perception regarding the interest of the company in its personal
development. In order to do so, the above-mentioned ideas will be discussed in a
future general meeting that will take place at the end of this month.
Final Recommendations
It is suggested that the meeting take place at the end of the month so the timeline
for the implementation of the new ideas is discussed next month.
