Subject: Invitation to Participate in Ganesh Pooja and Durga Pooja/Dussehra Celebrations

Dear Apartment Members,

I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the festive season, it's a wonderful time for
us to come together as a community and celebrate the spirit of unity and joy. With this in mind, I
am thrilled to extend an invitation to all of you to participate in our upcoming Ganesh Pooja and
Durga Pooja/Dussehra celebrations.

The festivities will span over a period of 10 days, during which we will engage in various rituals,
prayers, and cultural activities to honour Lord Ganesh and Goddess Durga. These auspicious
occasions not only hold religious significance but also provide us with an opportunity to
strengthen the bonds of friendship and camaraderie within our apartment community.

We are seeking volunteers to assist in organizing and coordinating the events, ensuring that our
celebrations are carried out smoothly and joyfully. Whether you have expertise in event planning
or simply a willingness to lend a helping hand, your participation will be greatly appreciated.

Below are the tentative dates and activities planned for our celebrations:

Ganesh Pooja:

• Date: Saturday,September 7 (3days of Ganesha in our apartment, followed by Visarjan)

• Activities: Ganesh Chaturthi Puja, Aarti, Prasad Distribution etc.

Durga Pooja/Dussehra:

• Date: Wednesday.9Oct to Saturday,12 Oct

• Activities: Durga Puja, Navaratri Celebrations, Dandiya Night, Dussehra Procession,
Cultural Programs, etc.

If you are interested in volunteering or have any ideas/suggestions to contribute to the success
of our celebrations, please feel free to reach out. Let's work together to make this festive season
truly memorable for everyone in our apartment community.
