MARIJOE M. PIMENTEL
Officer-In-Charge

Ma’am:
Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally apologize for my tardiness
on April 11, 2024, during the seminar/recollection event for the Basic Education department.
I am fully aware that my late arrival may have caused inconvenience or disruption, and for
this, I am sincerely sorry.
On that particular morning, I encountered an unforeseen and unusually heavy traffic
congestion due to an unexpected road closure. Despite my efforts to leave home early and
choose what I believed to be a faster route, the delay was beyond my control. I understand the
importance of punctuality, especially in an educational setting, and the role it plays in
showing respect to our peers and the facilitators who work hard to organize such valuable
sessions.
Please rest assured that this incident has served as a significant learning experience
for me. Moving forward, I will take even more stringent measures to ensure my timely arrival
at all future events, including checking traffic reports in advance and leaving significantly
earlier than necessary. I value the opportunities for learning and growth provided by our
institution, and I commit to upholding its standards, including respect for time.
Once again, I offer my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience my lateness may
have caused to the seminar/recollection proceedings and to any individuals affected. I
appreciate your understanding and your guidance in this matter. Should there be any way in
which I can make amends or contribute positively to the department to offset my mistake,
please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Truly yours,
Our Lady of the Pillar College – San Manuel,
