I am writing to express my interest in applying to be a Junior High School Teacher.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Social Studies. To give you a brief
overview of my experience and expertise, during my previous years in college, we had a UNC
Professional Employment Program, English Immersive Environment and Data Analytics as a preparation
and training for student-teachers to acquire a certain level of personal and professional skills and qualities
needed to equip in facing the educational challenges in 21st century. After graduation, I worked as a
teacher at San Pascual Polytechnic College, which provided me with an opportunity and a significant
break to put into practice and impart the skills, knowledge, and expertise that I gained in school and
experience, particularly in terms of subject knowledge, pedagogical skills, classroom management,
organizational skills, skills of using ICTs, outcome-based measurements of learning and philosophy of
teaching. As a lifelong learner, aiming to increase my proficiency in the field and boost my credentials, I
am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education with a major in History. The fact that I could
possibly impact a young person’s life is exciting to me. My experience in the workforce have fostered a
tremendous personal drive, and have helped me to become an independent, self-sufficient, and
hardworking individual. This philosophy and experience clearly help me fit in and contribute to the
profession in your respected institution.
