 CHAPTER 1. RESTAURANT INTRODUCTION

Noir. Dining in the Dark is a unique dining experience that allows guests to enjoy a
meal in complete darkness. The restaurant is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam,
and has been operating since 2013.
The concept of Noir is to heighten the other senses by removing the sense of sight.
Guests are served a set menu of international cuisine, and the dishes are designed to be
enjoyed by touch, smell, and taste.
The restaurant is staffed by visually impaired waiters and waitresses, who are trained
to provide a high level of service to guests. Noir is a popular dining destination for
both locals and tourists, and it has been featured in several publications, including The
New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes.

 CHAPTER 2. EVENT INTRODUCTION

2.1. "LOVE OF SENSES" - A VALENTINE'S EVENT FOR LOVE STORIES

Inspired by the romantic love stories of couples, Noir has created a special Valentine's
dinner for this year. We aim to go beyond a regular Valentine's dinner and create a
celebration of love stories. From the first encounter, to secret crushes, confessions,
passionate love, conflicts, peace, and finally, happiness, all stages of love will be
recreated through this unique dining experience.
Furthermore, the dinner will be a journey of exploring how love awakens each of our
senses. This is why we have named it "Love of Senses".
Throughout the event, we will have a "Love Point" scoring system: Points will be
earned through games, and every 100 Love Points will be equivalent to a 1% discount
for the next visit of both couples at the restaurant. After the event, the couple with the
highest total score will receive a free fine dining experience for both at the restaurant.
2.2. WHY NOIR. DINING IN THE DARK CHOOSES TO ORGANIZE THIS
EVENT
Noir. Dining in the Dark chooses to organize this Valentine's Day event because it is
the perfect occasion to offer couples a truly unique experience.
Darkness eliminates distractions, allowing couples to focus on each other and
experience each other through their senses. This stimulates curiosity, imagination, and
strengthens the connection between two people. The private, romantic, and emotional
atmosphere in the dark will make Valentine's Day truly special.
Noir Dining in the Dark believes that Valentine's Day is a time to celebrate love, trust,
and communication. Activities in the dark will help couples focus on each other, listen
to each other, and communicate from the heart. This is an opportunity for them to
express their love and care for each other in a sincere and profound way.
With its uniqueness, romance, and meaning, Noir Dining in the Dark believes that
"Love of Senses" will be an unforgettable experience and the perfect Valentine's gift
for couples.

 CHAPTER 3. EVENT ACTIVITIES

“LOVE OF SENSES”
3.1. THE ENCOUNTER RIDE: A JOURNEY OF LOVE BEGINS
Every story has a beginning, and every love story starts with encounters. Noir's driver
will pick up the couple from their home and take them to the restaurant. Upon
boarding the car, the couple will embark on a mini-game created by us to "find each
other."
The game will consist of 14 keywords given by “Cupid”, but only one person will
know them. That person will have to describe the keywords by touching the other
person's body. The guessing person will be blindfolded and will have to feel the
message from their partner's touches. For each keyword guessed correctly, the couple
will receive 10 Love Points.
At the end of the game, the blindfolded person will be unblindfolded, and they will
have "found each other". Their love story begins from there.
3.2. ONE FLEETING MOMENT, ONE EVERLASTING LOVE
A single moment can be all it takes to embark on a lifelong journey together. Upon
arrival at the restaurant, couples will be provided with a Instax Square SQ6 camera to
capture precious memories throughout the evening. Noir. encourages couples to
cherish these moments together, appreciating every second spent in each other's
company.
Noir. believes that true love is found in the present moment. By capturing fleeting
moments and celebrating them, couples can create a lasting bond that transcends time.
3.3. BLOSSOMING LOVE
Initial impressions blossom into a feeling that transcends the senses: the feeling of
love for another person. In a private room, couples will enjoy water and light
refreshments. The centerpiece of the room is a special white chocolate creation
designed by renowned chocolatier Cong Nguyen specifically for the couple.
White chocolate symbolizes the beginning of love: a pure, innocent, sweet, and
romantic love that promises a bright future for the couple's relationship.
3.4. LOVE CONFESSION
When love is too big to hold inside, a confession is the way to release that "energy" to
the other person. The two of you will write handwritten letters to "flirt" with each
other. Promises and heartfelt words about your feelings will be embedded in these

simple yet profound handwritten letters. Who will be the one to fall for these sweet
words? Each handwritten letter written will be worth 10 Love Points.
3.5. LOVE STORY – HUMAN TOUCH
Five Feet Apart will be the beginning of a love journey for two kindred spirits. The
story revolves around two people who suffer from CF, a disease that forces them to
maintain a 6-foot distance from others with the same condition. The haunting specter
of this illness not only robs them of their health but also takes away the most precious
thing in love - "the touch".
"The touch" - seemingly simple, yet it is incredibly important, an indispensable
spiritual connection in love. It is like oxygen, nurturing and empowering each heart.
Five Feet Apart will be "the touch" that awakens emotions, helping couples cherish
each other more, connect and love each other more fiercely.
The film is the perfect piece for the love story we want to convey. Through Five Feet
Apart, we will realize the value of "the touch", cherish the loving moments together,
and bravely hold on to love with all our hearts.
3.6. PAINTING LOVE
After being immersed in the story of love, couples will paint their own love story
through the "Painting Love" activity. Each completed painting will be worth 50 Point
Love. The painting with the highest score will receive an additional 100 Point Love.
3.7. EMBRACE LOVE
Feel the energy of love flowing within you and your partner. Relax and rejuvenate
with a couples massage at Noir Spa, including:
- 60 minutes of blissful full-body massage.
- A private romantic bath, infused with the natural herbal fragrance of the Red Dao
people's traditional bathwater.
This is a perfect opportunity to connect with your loved one on a deeper level. Let the
healing touch of massage therapy melt away your stress and tension, and allow
yourselves to be enveloped in the warm embrace of love.
3.8. FLAVORS OF LOVE
After the massage, couples will be in a state of deep relaxation and receptivity. This is
the perfect time to savor a delicious meal together. Some may ask, "What does love
taste like?" Noir will answer that question with a special menu created just for couples
on this romantic evening.

The menu is a journey through the different stages of love, from the initial spark to the
deep bond of a committed relationship. Each dish is carefully crafted to evoke the
emotions and sensations associated with each stage.

the Methi Thepla represent the challenges and difficulties that couples face during this

The fifth course of the Flavors of Love menu is designed to evoke the feeling of
connection after the ups and downs of a relationship. The two seemingly unrelated
ingredients - beef sashimi and foie gras - come together in perfect harmony,
symbolizing the strong bond between two unique individuals.
Like two people with their own differences, when in love, they learn to appreciate
those differences and create a harmonious relationship together. This dish is a
testament to the power of love, which can connect even the most unlikely of things.

3.9. LOVE MELODIES
After enjoying the "taste of love", couples will be immersed in romantic love songs
performed by Màu Nước Band and singer Hoàng Dũng.

3.10. LOVE DANCE
After the love songs of Hoang Dung come to an end, Màu Nước Band will serenade
the couples with gentle classical melodies. This is the moment for couples to take to
the dance floor and sway together. Each couple will receive 50 Love Points for
participating in the dance, and the couple voted as having the most beautiful dance
will receive an additional 100 Love Points.
3.11. ETERNAL LOVE
Couples will create a plaster cast of their hands clasped together. This sculpture will
symbolize the lasting love between the two of them.
3.12. LOVE ALBUM
Every moment captured by the couple throughout the party, along with handwritten
letters, will be bound into a complete album for the two of them.
3.13. THE FINAL DESTINATION
At the end of the party, The couple will tally their points and redeem them for a
voucher for their next meal. Then, the couple will be driven home to their happy home
by a Noir chauffeur. We wish all couples eternal happiness and a lifetime together.
