The writing style of the training material shall conform to the following requirements
1. Font size: 12;
2. Line spacing: 1.5;
3. Font: Times New Roman;
4. Paragraph spacing: 6 points before and after a paragraph
3.2.2.3. Other Requirements
All training materials shall comply with the following requirements:
1. The training material should not already have been published or submitted elsewhere;
2. The Author is responsible for ensuring that he has conformed to rules of citation and have not
infringed others’ rights. Any claim or action in this regard shall be the sole responsibility of the
author;
3. Training materials shall be submitted both in softcopy (MS Word) and in hardcopy to the
Community Service Directorate;
4. The submission of the training materials shall conform to the deadline set by the University upon
consultation with the authors;
