On 28th day of September of the year 2023, We got deployed at Police Provincial Office located at Camp

Winston Sibley Ebersole, San Roque, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro with our OJT Coordinator Reoflandor
V. Gaspar he want to see us on the PPO before going to back to school. I'm a trainee from Occidental
Mindoro State College pursuing Bachelor of Science in Criminology. In my first day of training we were
oriented regarding of what's the rules and regulation of the Police Provincial Office especially always
greet to every uniformed personnel that we should keep in our mind for our own benefit. PEMS Albert
C. Casañas is our Site Supervisor for our On-The-Job Training. He introduce us on our designated office
which is the Logistic Office, where sir Michael Embien is my instructor inside the Logistic Office, first he
teaches how to obtain the stensils of firearm's and attached in the Ballistic Certificate. In my first week
there's a lot of things to do getting stensil and attached it in the Ballistic Certificate because its time of
renewal of all types of firearm's from different Municipal Police Station (MPS) here at Occidental
Mindoro even the people of most far town come here in Police Provincial Office (PPO) at logistic Office
because the service of the office is good, reliable and quick.

On my second week I do almost the same thing getting stensil because there are so many papers to
catch up and also we arrange the surrendered firearm's and get the stensil and there Ballistic Certificate,
NUP Michael Embien need to pass all the documents on the regional office that submitted to him, in the
same week. In the third week Sir Michael Embien thought me how to disaasemble and assemble
firearms.

Overall, I don't have any problems because I'm focused on getting the stensil and attaching it to the
ballistic certificate because there can be no mistakes made when attaching the stensil and I'm so
grateful because I learned a lot and was fortunate to experience different activities and I know that I will
probably use it in my future profession and I'm so grateful because I go to the office that helps you to
learn a lot and share their experience to make me strong motivated and also to Someday, I hope to do
the same and carry out my responsibilities with dignity and responsibility.
