Thank you for considering Newgen Solutions Inc the most suitable company to provide janitorial services
to CNOOC Petroleum Guyana Limited. The directors of Newgen Solutions Inc will ensure maximum
efforts are put forward by our staff in executing all tasks to above expectations and that quality service is
provided.

Most of the requirements covered under the project were explained to our Operations officer and
Supervisor during the site visit on Thursday April 20th, 2023. Further, as was discussed, an email detailing
personnel required was received following said visit.

We have thoroughly read the terms and conditions of the contract and would like you to make a few
changes as well as request an amendment to the renumeration for completed works associated with the
contract.

According to the agreement shared, the compensation decided at the time of bidding was as outlined
below in Table E1.

However, a clerical error was made on the part of our accounting team resulting in the figures being
considerably less than what is feasible for the longevity of the contract.

Please see Table E2 for an accurate reflection of what the pricing for each worker required should be.

For us to be able to fulfil the needs of this agreement satisfactorily and to cover our expenses
adequately we would like to suggest the following:

 That the first quarterly payment be made 30 days after initial start date.
  That subsequent quarterly payments be made at the beginning of each quarter and payment for
supplies and additional services be billed for on the 30th of each month.

Following the site visit supplementary staff was requested by CNOOC to service the additional locations,
this is a request we are prepared to honor.

We stand ready to return for further discussions as soon as possible so that a consensus can be agreed
upon and the amendments made accordingly in the agreement and final confirmations can be signed
off.
