Dear Sir/ Madam,

We hereby to inform you of the following organizational and location changes made to the
Nuclear Soil Density Gauge equipment's currently in our possession.

1- Please change the name of the RSO from Mr. Fernando Cortez to Mr. Sharyl Borges.
Mr. Fernando Cortez is no longer working with our company. He has been replaced by
Mr. Sharyl Borges in the role of Occupational Health and Safety Manager and will hold
the position of the company's new RSO. Arrangements are currently being made to
take the necessary training to enable Mr. Borges to assume these responsibilities.

2- In addition, we would tike to inform that the nuclear densitometry equipment

currently owned by Ferrovial Construcci6n PR was relocated from our construction
project located in Ponce, PR, to our project located on Highway PR-1, Km. 21.0,
intersection PR-169, la Muda, Guaynabo, PR 00965 (Coordinates: 18.329532, -66.099512)
