Hi Max,

I received your email yesterday and decided to answer you straight away.
I think it’s a very good idea to study and do some sports at the same time. Sport is an
essential element of a healthy life. é-
If you want to build stamina and want to be better at cardio, then swimming and running
are the best options. Wrestling and tennis are good sports too, but they aren’t so effective.
I would recommend soccer instead. In my opinion it’s funny and relaxing.
Personally, I was a footballer for years and as I it was really fun and relaxing at the same
time.
