i1 U.W.I CLUBS REGISTRATION FORM OFFICE OF THE GUILD VICE PRESIDENT Vg 4 tHe THE VICE-PRESIDENT Student Club/ Organization Registration Agreement Guild of Students University of the West Indies St.Augustine Campus The Office of the Vice President is responsible for the registration of ALL UWI STA student clubs/organizations. Only registered clubs organizations will be recognized as an affiliate of the Guild of Students UWI STA. Please note that effective 2017/2018, all clubs must have an adviser who is a member of academic staff/faculty. This is to validate the club and qualify them to receive Guild funding. This person will also be there to confirm and sign off on the members who will have their club contribution attached to their transcripts. Please note that any club without an adviser can be registered but they will not be able to access Guild funding or have their members’ contributions placed on their transcript.
