PEAI Solar Farm International Tender

Goal?
To win the tender.

What?
To propose a PV – Solar farm for the area indicated in Figure 1, stating clearly the
costs of investment and the price of kWh. The technical performance of the PV
equipment is provided in the Technical Specification Part.

How?
Each group will be responsible for presenting a technical and an economic-financial
report stating all hypotheses. The following information needs to be also included
for the jury to evaluate:

1) The proposed nominal power for PV plant made with fixed modules of
crystalline silicon-based cells;
2) Capital cost €/kW of install capacity;
3) Cost of energy €/kWh of service;
4) Warranties and costs of maintenance;
5) Physical dimensions:
a) the area affected by the equipment (m2)
b) disturbing surrounding areas (need for infrastructure: roads, transmission
lines, etc.);
6) All complementary works or other information that demonstrate that your
proposal is better than the competition.

All hypotheses have to be demonstrated and referenced.

Due date?
The groups may present 1 or 2 PDF separated reports regarding both the technical
and economic-financial aspects of the proposal until February 4th, 2023.

Technical Specification Part:

For
a crystalline silicon PV module of 1 kWp;
in Bragança the
reference Yearly PV electricity production is 1445.42 kWh;
and the
year-to-year variability of 64.27 kWh;
