Specifications:

1. Depth of Excavation is 6 feet & 5 x 5 feetWidth.

2. 9 inches of sand bed and 6 inches of bed concrete (1:4:8)= (cement : sand :Stone)
3. Size of Footing 5 x 5 feet and depth 12 inches (or) as per Structural Designer’sDrawing.
4. Size of Columns 9 inches x 18 inches, eight rod, four nos. of 16 mm steel rods and four nos.
12 mm rod and 8 mm Steel rod used as stirrups will be provided to the columns with the
spacing 6 inches at lapping level I.e., L/3 distance top and bottom and 8 inches spacing at
center L/3 distance (or) as per Structural Designer’sDrawing.
5. Foundation of Size Stone Masonry will be provided 2-3 feet above from the groundlevel.
6. Size of plinth beam is 9 inches width & 12 inches height with four nos. of 12 mm steel rod
and 8 mm rod as stirrups will be provided on abovefoundation.
7. Damp proof course will beprovided.
8. Slab: 10. 6 feet height. Parapet wall: 3 feet height of 4 inchesthick.
9. M20 grade of concrete for all RCC (Reinforced CementConcrete).
10. Steel brand will be used “JSW / Jindal Gold “(TMT) steel or any equivalent Brand will be used
for theConstruction.
11. Cement Zuari or Cormandal or any equivalent Brand (53 Grade cement for concrete & 43
Grade cement for masonry and Plasteringwork).
12. 9 inches Red Bricks (or) Fly ash bricks wall for external & 4” thick bricks wall forinternal.
13. Single Coat of Plastering to all external & internal walls with mesh only on concrete and
masonryjoints.
14. Sump with 10,000 liters Volume, 4” Thick RCC wall with water Proofing overhead tank as per
theSpecifications.
15. Window openings as perdrawings.
16. Sand (Fine quality) will be used for all the Concrete work and Brickwork.
17. Sand (Fine quality) will be used for all the plasteringworks.
18. All Form work will be used for sheet shuttering and woodenScaffolding.
19. The Ratio of wall construction is 1:6 (cement, sand), wall plastering is (1:5) and ceiling
plastering is (1:4) cement, sand.

Electrical:

1. Wiring as per technical Requirement of Havells or Finolex Brand or any Equivalentbrand.

2. Switches, Sockets, Modular Switches, Switchboards etc., Gold medal/ GM Brand or Any
EquivalentBrand.
3. All Electrical Points as per drawing, Provisionfor
