Project Objective:
STARTEACH is a comprehensive technical assistance program designed to provide newly hired
teachers with the support they need to excel in curriculum development, special curricular
programs integration, learning resource management, and assessment of learning. The project
aims to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality
education and promote holistic student development.

Implementation Strategy:
STARTEACH Launch Summit: Kick off the project with a summit featuring keynote
speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions on curriculum, program integration,
resource management, and assessment.
CDW Curriculum Labs: Conduct hands-on labs where teachers collaborate on
curriculum development projects, share ideas, and receive feedback from experienced
mentors.
HPIS Program Integration Workshops: Host workshops where teachers explore
innovative ways to integrate special curricular programs into the curriculum and promote
holistic student development.
RMS Resource Expo: Organize a resource expo where teachers can explore a variety of
learning materials, digital tools, and educational resources to enhance their teaching
practices.
ABPW Assessment Symposium: Host a symposium where teachers share best practices
in assessment, engage in discussions, and participate in professional development
sessions.
Evaluation Metrics:
Participation rates and feedback from teachers attending CDW, HPIS, RMS, ABPW
sessions, and events.
Pre- and post-program assessments measuring teachers' proficiency and confidence in
curriculum development, program integration, resource management, and assessment
practices.
Analysis of student performance data to evaluate the impact of STARTEACH-supported
teaching practices on academic achievement, student engagement, and overall learning
outcomes.
Through STARTEACH, we aim to provide newly hired teachers with the support and resources

INNOVATE (Integrating Novel Strategies for Newly Hired Teachers' Advancement in Teaching
Excellence) is a specialized technical assistance program aimed at supporting newly hired
teachers in effectively managing curriculum development, integrating special curricular
programs, optimizing learning resource management, and implementing robust assessment
strategies. The project seeks to foster innovation and excellence in teaching practices to enhance
student learning outcomes.
