ENGLISH 4TH QUARTER
Back when I was a freshman, there was this one moment that always gets me excited when |
think about it. It was during the start of the pandemic, and we had to do online classes for the
first time ever. Everything was so new and different, but it was also kinda cool to be trying out
this whole online learning thing. It felt like we were part of something big, you know?
Oh boy, Junior high school was a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. The struggles with
online classes were real, especially because the internet was kinda slow sometimes. And that's
really frustrating because that time we really do need a strong internet to be able to go to.
class, why? Because we've in set up of Online Class because pandemic started. But amidst all
that, | found a close friend in one of my classmates who eventually became my bestie. We'd
laugh over glitches in our video calls and help each other out with assignments.
But hey, it wasn't all bad. We had some pretty awesome moments too! Like when our section
won big in school contests, especially the Greek mythology roleplay. Man, that was epic! I'll
never forget the time we dressed up as Medusa and rocked the stage. And then there was the
title defense and the mock defense ~ nail-biters for sure, but we pulled through like champs!
But you know what really hit us hard? Losing one of our dear classmates. It was like a punch in
the gut, and it left a hole in our hearts. We miss her every single day, and things just haven't,
been the same without her. It's a painful reminder of how fragile life can be, and it taught us to
cherish every moment we have with the people we love.
So, looking back on it all, I'd tell my freshman self to embrace every new experience with an
open heart and mind. To my classmates, I'd say" cherish the friendships you make because
they're the ones who'll stick by you through thick and And to my teachers, thank you
for your patience and dedication - you're the real MVPs. And to my batchmates, let's make
