The meeting commenced with a review of the activities and achievements of the previous quarter, highlighted the
successful completion of activities/events taken, praising the efforts of both learners and parents.

Parents and teachers were given the opportunity to voice any concerns or issues they had. These were discussed openly,
and action plans were devised where necessary to address them effectively.

The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm and adjourned at 4:10 pm.
