I must emphasis that such behavior by your client is not only

morally reprehensible, but also severely violates 'Fair debt

collection practices' and the guidelines of Reserve bank of India
and Supreme court of India. Your client shall be vicariously
liable for the actions of the individuals contacting my client on
its behalf. Please ensure that they are aware of the potential legal
consequences for their actions in case of an untoward incident
happening with my client due to such actions
