IsiZulu sikulungele ukusetshenziswa njengolimi lokufunda


nokufundisa emazingeni emfundo ephakeme

Ukufunda ilimi lwesiZulu emfundweni ephakeme kunganikeza


izinzuzo eziningi kubafundi. Izinzuzo ezifana nokuqonda
kwamasiko. Ukufunda isiZulu kunikeza ulwazi mayelana
namagugu acebile esizwe samaZulu.Kuvumela abafundi ukuthi
bathokozele amasiko abo,amasiko kanye nendlela yabo
yokuphila.Lokhu kuqondakwamasiko kukhuthuza
inhlonipho,uzwela kanye nombono obanzi womhlaba.Ukufunda
isiZulu emfundweni ephakeme akugcini nje ngokwenza abafundi
abangamaZulu bazithembe ngesiko labo kodwa kwenza ezinye
izinhangana zingaluthakaseli ulimi ngokwalo kodwa luthakasele
isiko lamaZulu. Lokhu kwenza ulimi lwesiZulu lube negama lihle
ngokwalo. Uma abafundi basezikhungweni zemfundo ephakeme
bweza ulimi, imisindo ehlukene esetshenziswa olimini, ibenza
babe nesithakazelo sokwazi ulimi kakhulu. Akugcini nje
ngokubonisa ukuthi ulimi selukulungele ukusetshenziswa
ezikhungweni zemfundo ephakeme kodwa kukhombisa nendlela
elenza abantu bakhule ngayo abathanda isiko lamaZulu.

Ulimi lwesiZulu malusetshenziwa ezikhugweni zemfundo


ephakeme lungahlomula nasemakhonweni okuxhumana.
Ukwazi isiZulu kuvula amathuba okuxhumana ngempumelelo
nemiphakathi ekhuluma isiZulu.Lokhu kungaba wusizo ikhakhi
ikakhulukazi kubantu abahlela ukusebenza noma ukuhamba
eNingizimu Afrika, lapho isiZulu singolunye lwezilimi
ezikhulunywa kakhulu.Ulimi lwesiZulu nalo luyathuthuka
luphinde lusize emakhonweni okuxhumana njengoba luwulimi
olubanzi futhi olujulile kangangokuthi lututhukisa amakhono
akho okucabanga ngenxa yamgama ajulile nalukhuni olunawo.
Lokhu kukombisa ukuthi isikulungele kangakanani
ukusetshenziswa emfundweni ephakemenjengoba la makhono
okucabanga engeke agcine ngokusiza abafundi ngolimi lodwa
kodwa azobasiza nakwamanye amamojula njengoba amakhono
abo akucabanga ezothuthukiswa . Kuyasiza kakhulu
emakhonweni okuxhumana emfundweni ephakeme njengoba
abafundi nabafundisi bezokwazi ukuba nolimi lwesibili
ukuxhumana nokuqondana ngalo, kuzosiza emakhonweni
okuxhumana futhi uma umfundi engayiqondi imojula ethile
kulokho ngolimi oluthile bangaphenduka ekuchazeni ngesiZulu
ongathola ukuthi kungaba ulimi olungcono ongachazela umfundi
ngalo Lokhu kukhombisa ukuthi isiZulu sesikulungle
ukusetshenziswa ezinhlelweni zemfundo ephakeme.

Kuyasiza nangamathuba emisebenzi.Ukwazi isiZulu


kungathuthukisa amathuba emisebenzi emikhakheni
eyahlukene. Izimboni ezifana nezokuvakasha, ubudlelwano
bamazwe ngamazwe, imfundo ,kanye neznehlalakahle
ngokuvamile zidinga ochwepheshe abakwazi ukuxhumana
nabantu abakhuluma isiZulu. i-Biligualism ngesiZulu
kunganikeza abafundi ithuba lokuncintisana kule mikhakha.

Kuyasiza nasocwaningweni lwezemfundo. Ukufunda isiZulu


kugaba yinzuzo kubafundi abaphishekela ocwaningo
emikhakheni efana nezilimi, i-anthropology noma izifundo zase-
Afrika (African studies). Inikeza ithuba lokuhlola ukwakheka
kolimi oluyingqayizivele, ulwazimagama kanye nokuthuthuka
komlando. isiZulu siwulimi olusiza ekuthuthukiseni ukukhula
komuntu. Ukufunda ulimi olusha njengesiZulu , kubekela
inselele ingqondo futhi kuthuthukisa namakhono okuqonda .
Kuthuthukisa inkumbulo , amakhono okuxazulula izinkinga
kanye namakhono okwenza izinto ezinigi. Ukwengeza , ukufunda
ulimi kuthuthukisa ukuzwela kwesiko , ukuzivumelanisa nezimo
kanye nokuqonda okujulile kolimi lomuntu siqu namasiko.

isiZulu siwulimi olujulile olubonakala nasemhlabeni jikelele.


Emhlabeni oxhumene ngokwandayo , ukufunda isiZulu kuba
nomthelela emfundisweni ebandakanya wonke umuntu futhi
ehlukahlukene. Ikhuthaza abafundi ukuthi bazise
ukwehlukahlukana kwezilimi futhi ikhuthaza ukuqondana
kwamasiko ahlukene.

Ukubaluleka kokufunda isiZulu emfundweni ephakeme ludlula


ngale kwezithakazelo zomntu (personal interests) kanye
namathuba ocwaningo.isiZulu sibaluleke kakhulu
kwezombangazwe, ezamasiko, ezomlando kanye
nezenhlalakahle eNingizimu Afrika. Ulimi lwadlala indima
ebalulekile ekuhlanganiseni izizwe eziningi ezitholakala
esifundeni, futhi ngenxa yalokho , ukufunda isiZulu kunganikeza
ukuqonda okujulile komlando namasiko aseNingizimu Afrika.
Ngaphezu kwalokho njengoba isiZulu sisabalala ezindaweni
eziningi eNingizimu Afrika, senza isisekelo sokuqonda ezinye
izilmi zesiNguni, njengesiSwati , isiNdebele kanye nesiXhosa.
Ngakho-ke , ngokufunda isiZulu abantu ngabanye bangakwazi
ukuqonda amakhono abo okuxhumana nalzi zilimi ezihlobene.

Emhlabeni wanamuhla , mhlawumbhe isizathu esibaluleke


kakhulu sokufundaisiZulu emfundweni ephakeme ukuthola
ukuqonda emhlabeni wonke ngeNingizimu Afrika,
ikakhulukaziesikhathii sangemuva kobandlululo. Ukwesulwa
kwenswinyo ngemuva kokuphela kobandlululosekuholele
ekukhuleni kwentshisekelo eNningizimu Afrika ezinkampanini
zamazwe ngamazwe, okwaholela ekutshalweni kwezimali
okukhulu ezweni. Lokhu kusiza abafundi kakhulu zinhlelweni
zemfundo ephakeme ukuze bazilungiselele kahle izwe
langaphandle. Ulwazi lwesiZulu lungasiza kakhulu
osomabhizinisi bakwamanye amazwe,amanxusa,izithunywa
zevangeli kanye nabasebenzi bosizo bamazwe ngamazwe
abahlala futhi basebenze ezindaweni ezikhuluma isiZulu.
Ngaphezu kwalokho, amakhono olimi lwesiZulunabalulekile
kubafundi abafunda emanyuvesi aseNingizimu Afrika akulezi
zindawo. Ngakho-ke lokhu kuyazuzisa kubafundi balapha
eNingizimu Afrika futhi abafundi abashintshashintshayo (foreign
exchange students) yingakho kuzuzisa ukuba isiZulu sibe
sezinhlelo zemfundo ephakeme. Ngisho nolwazi oluncane
lwesiZulu lungaholela ekuvulekeni nokwamukeleka kubantu
abaningi baseNingizimu Afrika, kulwenze lube yithuluzi
elibalulukile lokudiliza imigoqo nokwakha ubudlelwano.
Ngokuphetha, ukufunda isiZulu emfundweni ephakeme kuhle
njengoba kunikeza izinzuzo eziningi, okuhlanganisa ukuqonda
kwamasiko, amakhono okuxhumana athuthukisiwe,amathuba
emisebenzi anwetshiwe,amathuba okucwaninga
ezifundweni,ukukhula komuntu siqu, kanye nombono womhlaba
wonke. Kuwutshalomali olubalulekile olunweba ama-horizons
futhi lucebise uhambo lokufunda lwabafundi.
