Funnel Cake

Amount Ingredient
3 ⅔ Cups AP Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Cups Milk
Yield: 8-12 Servings
Procedure
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder
2. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. The batter should be thin
enough to run through a funnel, squeeze bottle or piping bag.
4. Fill your funnel, squeeze bottle or piping bag with the batter. Drizzle the batter in the hot oil in a
circular motion. Do not overfill the pan.
5. Fry for 2 minutes; using tongs, flip to the other side and fry for another minute.
6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Sprinkle cooked funnel cakes with icing sugar.
