My general approach is to assess the disruptive behavior, and adjust when necessary (behavior
modification) or make use of an authoritative approach. I may use verbal negotiation as a
management technique , such as accommodating their behavior for 10 minutes, followed by the

resolved?
The most common problem that a team may possibly encounter is the meeting and clashing of 2

I have not had an experience with deadlines in my teaching experience, however, I was a student once and
that also demanded several deadlines to be met. As a master’s degree holder, it was a challenge for me
because I was a working student, however, I prevent missed deadlines by always cerating a list of things to
do and rank them according to urgency and then priority.
9. Were there jobs you did that do not typically fall under someone’s responsibility in your job position? How
did you accomplish the task?
Before I became a teacher, I worked in an office. I was simply tasked to distribute memos
and other administrative documents. The officer in charge was tasked to draft all memos and
announcements, however, this person’s grasp of the english language was not proficient, so I was
put in charge of creating these documents and sometimes double-checking the drafts before it goes
