Your admission is contingent upon receipt of the following item(s). The Graduate School at the University of South Dakota
requires the following before you begin classes by: September 5, 2024

Application Contingency 1: Official transcript verifying conferred undergraduate degree from Mount Marty University

In addition, the department requires the following before you begin classes (complete instructions and all necessary forms
will be sent directly from the program):

• Signed acceptance form – emailed to Kelly.Bass@usd.edu by February 21, 2024

• You must pass a Criminal Background check. This must be received by September 5, 2024
• Completion of all immunization requirements by September 5, 2024
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (Two immunizations or 1 titer)
• While the Graduate School only requires the MMR, the School of Health Sciences requires a more extensive
set of immunizations.
