Ok trainees, I have here with me some forms for you to fill up and
accomplish. One set is for your post-test and another set is the training
evaluation.

First I will administer to you the post-test.
This posttest is to measure what you had learned during the training. It
is a multiple choice type of test. Fifteen items. Encircle the letter of the
correct answer. I will give you 30 minutes to accomplish the pre-test.
Get one and pass. Time is up, may I collect the post-test.
I will give you thirty minutes to accomplish the training evaluation. Get
one and pass.
