In one portion, A buckling in the plates between the 2nd and 3rd course
3 with variation 12mm has been detected (Required Engineering advice). EMC 10/03/2024
EMC will submit a technical justification from API 650 TQs
The manhole MH1 has been manufactured from a plate 8mm instead on
pipe 24in SCH STD “9.53mm” (Required Engineering advice).

Plumbness of the tank due to that the tank has been stored unleveled After

The roof nozzles and manhole location (Dimension from the tank
centerline), flanges tilt, and flanges bolt hole orientation are not verified
