RJJ’s Hotdog rings is a kind of food that people will like, because
of its unique appearance. We aim to make and produce foods that
people will enjoy. We will maintain integrity in everything we do,
continue to grow and expand to satisfy our costumer’s need for
excellent services. RJJ’s Hotdog rings are meant for everyone who
wants to have a taste of it, It’s either kids, teenager, adults and
anybody. We all know hotdogs as it was famous to everyone especially
to kids. But RJJ’s Hotdog rings is also made with hotdog with a fine
and unique twist. We at RJJ use the best quality of hotdogs to give our
costumer the wanting more feeling and satisfaction. Our company
wants to put a smile in everyone’s face to give them the idea of
creativeness and fun. Yes our business is new to the society or to food
industry but we will strive to be on the place where we want to be and it
is up. To make this dream happen we at RJJ’s always maintain food
safety, personal hygiene, food hygiene and cleanliness for the people
to take safe and delicious food.

PROBLEM/NEED IDENTIFICATION

Having a business might not as easy as we think, we can’t just wait


until costumer come to us. Especially now people tend to almost
depend their lives on social media so posting about the business in any
social media platform would be great. In that way people will see and
know that your business exist and through that you will get the
attention of your target costumer.

VISION
To inspire people to enjoy the taste of delicious and affordable hotdog
rings. To become one of those best burger houses the food industry
has known, to give the best quality and delicious burger that goes
beyond the costumer’s expectation.

MISSION
Aims to make and produce foods that people will enjoy. We will
maintain integrity in everything we do, continue to grow and expand to
satisfy our costumer’s need for excellent services.

MARKETING PLAN
We at RJJ’s aims to make and produce foods that people will
enjoy. We will maintain integrity in everything we do, continue to grow
and expand to satisfy our costumer’s need for excellent services. We
will set KPIs so that it will enables us to have insights that help us to
make smart decisions in this marketing plan, we plan to target the
youngsters, teenagers and also adults. We all know that hotdogs are
popular, and we will use that popularity to people and introduce our
originally made product. We will continue to grow but not pulling our
competitors down, cheater, a dirty businessman or woman is not on the
plan. In a food industry knowing your competitors is needed so we will
do some market research, solicit customer feedback, and Check online
Communities on Social Media or Community Forums. However, this is
a proposed marketing plan that needs to be modified considering the
firm policy and implication strategic limitations and market conditions.

PRODUCTION PLAN
A. Detailed Description of Product/Services

Hotdog Rings is type of a fast food business in that is


also known to everyone. It should be a high quality jumbo
hotdog such as those types of hotdogs that are more expensive
than other hotdogs because it was the main ingredient. The
product is placed in a small paper plate and topped with any
chosen toppings. To prepare, have a single hotdog and cut into
4 equal long strips, turn into a circle secure it with a toothpick
then dip it into the beaten eggs and crispy mix mixture, after that
in a bowl of bread crumbs place the hotdog that was completely
covered with the mixture and then cover with bread crumbs
make sure that you didn’t miss a spot. In a hot oil fry the hotdog
rings cook till golden brown and get it and put in the strainer to
remove the excess oil and now its ready to serve place 3 pcs in
a paper plate (best with tomato ketchup).

B. Operating Strategies
 Hotdog is famous among youngsters so we`ll produce
some posters for them to see.
 The product can be found or to buy outside the Baldos
residence
 The promoter offer free taste in a student and give
feedback about the product.

FUNCTION AND PURPOSES

Manager
A person responsible for controlling or administering all or
part of a business.

Supervisor
A person who supervises the business. His/ Her job title
of a lower-level management position that is primarily based on
authority over workers or workplace.

Production Officer
A person oversees all aspects of the business
manufacturing processes. He/ She plans and directs the
purchase and layout of the manufacturing of the products, as
well as overseeing the maintenance of the equipment and
facilities use.

Marketing Officer
A person who overseeing the business operations.
Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise
brand awareness.

Finance Officer
A person who are in charge of overseeing the financial
transactions of a business. Also known as chief financial
officers, these professionals are tasked with developing
budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial
reports. They possess strong accounting and analytical skills.

Monitoring and Evaluating

Hotdog rings will manufacture at least12 pcs of paper


plates of hotdog rings. It takes half an hour for purchasing raw
materials and an hour for the production and packaging. The
monitoring evaluation will take whole day. Furthermore, the
inventory and estimation of the number of hotdog rings for the
free taste takes only an hour.

Financial Plan

Hotdog rings will need P 300.00 to start the business. This


amount will be coming from our parents who are willing to
support
And to be involved in this entrepreneurial practice.

The capital share will be given back after years or as soon as


amount is achievable and had extra to start in our own. The
profit will be divided monthly with equal share amount to our
parents who invested to the business.
