What did I learn in class today?

Ans- The lecture today was fantastic, with a really engaged class. I learned a lot
today while entertaining guests. How to ensure that visitors feel at ease while at
our property, assisted with tending the bar so that our customers may get tasty
drinks. did all possible to satisfy the guests.How to greet guest when they arrive
and how to make arrangements.

What do I think I did particularly well during this class?

Ans- I think i did the serving of the food and water very well. I also helped in
setting the bar properly and made coffee from the coffee machine.

What could I have done better?

Ans- I think i could have done the greeting of the guest more properly,that is one
of the thing on which i need to improve. The other thing is making drinks at the
bar I need to work on that service as well.
