EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Chix's Mo To is a new food business in the area offering delicious chicken wings for working professionals
and students as our target markets. We are targeting them to provide them with satisfying yet reasonably
priced meal options, which could also be good for dinner after work or after their classes. For some, it
could be a good option for breakfast, especially if it is near their vicinity. For those who have not yet eaten
their breakfast, we can be their on-the-go food. Our menu offers enticing flavors such as Buffalo, Korean
BBQ, and Honey Lemon Chix Wings, priced at 70 pesos per serving that already includes 3 chicken wings
plus rice. We strive to offer a great meal without going over budget. Not just because of the pricing and the
good location we have, but we also trained our crew to provide a fast and quality customer service
approach. They are dedicated to serving the customers, and we have part-timers too who are also
students because we want to help them financially to support their studies. We also believe that they can
be a great contribution to our team, because here at Chix's Mo To, we value every suggestion to innovate
our business.

We also intend to build a social media presence because we believe that our target will not be only limited
to our vicinity but if we have a wide range social media presence and promoting our business online, many
people will visit us even they were at far location. We know for sure that we build this restaurant not just for
the chicken wings, but we want them to be comfortable and relax with our set up, how we organize the
materials we used here to looks like to be aesthetically appearing and feeling to our customers. Since we
also have students who are working part time, they also help us in expanding our presence online
especially since they are in a GenZ community, they follow the trends. We'll also make sure that our
products are available on well-known food delivery platforms so that clients can conveniently buy their
preferred chicken wings from the comfort of their homes or workplaces. We will always be innovating our
menu selections to bring in fresh, intriguing flavors that appeal to our target market's tastes. Our goal is to
continue being the preferred dining destination by staying current with trends and listening to client
feedback.

Local chicken wing restaurants compete with Chix's Mo, but their main advantage is that, as we did an
ocular visit and assessed the food in the area, there's no physical presence food store for chicken wings.
Nearby fast-food restaurants are McDonalds and Jollibee, but if you compare it to the price, they have
versus having, we have the advantage, plus in our restaurant, you can feel that you are at home because
of the ambiance we set for the place. Moreover, to enhance the dining experience, we are considering
offering complimentary drinks like juice. This added perk not only sets us apart from competitors but also
provides extra value for our customers, further solidifying their loyalty. We provide discounts to them
depending on their loyalty, as we record the times they visited our restaurant.

Based on the price per serving, we predict an income of about P150,000 for the first year. Based on our
estimated sales volume and pricing, we have already taken into consideration that the first year will be this
income as we have spent and invested in building our restaurant to look aesthetically pleasing. But we
expect that next year it will increase by about 15 to 20 percent in revenue.

In conclusion, Chix's Mo To offers a whole eating experience that meets the demands of our target buyers
rather than merely selling chicken wings. We are well-positioned for success because of our delicious
wings, reasonable prices, free drinks, online presence, good customer service, and dedication to following
current trends. We are confident in our business and our capacity to satisfy client expectations.

Chix's Mo To is a modern restaurant that is committed to offering delicious chicken wings,


available in flavors Buffalo, Korean BBQ, and Honey Lemon Chix Wings, all of which are
reasonably priced at 70 pesos a plate, plus the value-added perks of having free juice. We also
make sure that our customer service staff is well trained in cooking and serving chicken meals for
our clients. Fresh chicken is marinated in a blend of sauces and spices to create a delectable
flavor for the chicken wings at Chix's Mo To. Instead of using pre-made sauces, we made a
special sauce just for our chicken wings. Every bite is a perfect blend of flavors and textures that
would create delightful, tasty chicken wings with premium protein and well-chosen ingredients.
They provide a nutritious substitute for conventional fried foods. To guarantee the greatest taste
and quality in every bite, we are dedicated to using only the freshest, healthiest ingredients. Our
chicken wings can be enjoyed as a quick and easy lunch, dinner, or snack to enjoy throughout the
day. Chix's Mo To's chicken wings fit the bill perfectly.

Chix's Mo To doesn't sacrifice flavor or quality. Our goal is to offer a dining experience, not just for

Combining the words "Chix" and "Mo To," we come up with a name that calls clients to go to their preferred
