6 WORKING HOURS Monday – Saturday

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

7 ANNUAL LEAVE You are entitled to 8 for every year of service that you
have worked 1 to 2 years.

In the event you have worked for 2 to 5 years, you are

entitled to 12 days per year.

In the event you have worked for more than years, you
are entitled to 16 days per year.

8 TERMINATION a) Termination of the contract will be on the basis

of giving 3 months’ notice by either party or
the payment by either party of a sum
equivalent to 3 months’ salary in lieu of the
notice.

b) The company reserves the rights to terminate

your appointment, without prior notice and
without compensation, in the event of your
misconduct inconsistent with the fulfillment of
the expressed or implied conditions of your
service.

9 EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT Malaysian employees are automatically members of

 FUND (EPF) the Employees Provident Fund and a contribution to
the Fund, at the rate legally in effect, is deducted each
month and paid with a contribution from the company
to the Employee Provident Fund for the credit of each
employee.

The employee’s contribution rate shall be ..% of the

basic monthly salary and the company shall be at the
rate of …% of the basic monthly salary.

10 SECRECY & SECURITY You will be required to observe strict secrecy on all
matters of the company and the customers inclusive of
the state of accounts with individuals and in matters
relating thereto.

11 PROPRIETARY RIGHTS Notwithstanding any agreement entered between you

and any other party or parties, the company has sole
proprietary rights to all products and/or materials
developed by you in the course of your duty with the
company.

12 RULES AND REGULATIONS You will be required to obey all the current rules and
regulations and circulars issued from time to time by
the company.

13 BUSINESS ETHICS You shall not, in the course of your employment, be

engaged in any capacity in any other business which
will in any way be in conflict with the company’s
business or with the efficient discharge of your duties.

14 AUTHENTICITY OF INFORMATION Your covenant that the information given to the

company at the time of application by you is true and
complete. If the information is untrue or incomplete, it
shall be deemed that you are in default. The company
shall be entitled to terminate the employment without
prior notice and any compensation thereof.

15 OTHER TERMS AND The company reserves the right to alter any of these
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTS terms and conditions in any way without further
reference.
