SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT re: Arrested Suspect for Theft (Snatching) Alarm

DATE : July 20, 2023

1. On July 20, 2023, around 7:48 PM, a theft occurred on Carmelite Monastery, J. Luna

St., Mabolo Cebu City, the victim was walking when Poblacion, Mauricio A., 21 years

old, single, a resident of Bonifacio, Barangay Pari-an Cebu City, snatched her wallet.

Luckily, a witness in the area named Tubalde, Russeline R., immediately called the

police. Mauricio was apprehended shortly after fleeing the scene. The stolen wallet was

recovered, and the perpetrator was taken into police custody for further investigation and

legal proceedings.

2. Victim was represented by Bolando, Jhandy J., 20 years old, single, a resident of

Bonifacio, Brgy. Ballang, Davao City, with contact No. 09083353211.

3. Recovered from the suspect possession is one (1) Unisilver Necklace 925 - Worth

P750.00.
