Assessed, planned, and executed three hours of weekly sectionals in both music and
marching technique for a 45 person performing unit. Regularly reported to Head Staff on
progress.
Fostered and maintained a respectful community of 35 students within a first year dorm.
Assisted with transition and orientation to campus and new academic expectations.
Regularly design community building programs and events.
Worked daily to engage and support elementary age children 3 - 8 years old in various
enrichment activities including craft manipulatives, group games, physical education
and supervised free play in order to develop social, motor, and creative skills. Was
responsible for small groups on travel days off site.
Managed and assisted in elementary, middle, and high school settings, and designed
activities and exercises to meet short and long term learning objectives. Communicated
effectively with administration, parents and cooperating teachers.
Managed a classroom of developing 2.5-4 year olds within a private preschool. Created
and helped to practice daily routines aimed at developing fine and gross motor skills,
critical thinking, and growing self sufficiency.
