CONSENT AFFIDAVIT OF THE LEGAL HEIR OF THE DECEASED

I, Ms. Harita Dhiren Parekh, Hindu, Indian Inhabitant, age: 35 yrs, at present

r/at 669, Vassar Street, Apt 622, Carmel, Indiana-46032, USA, bearing Adhar card

no. 666407010562 and PAN card no. ARAPP6220C do hereby state on solemn

affirmation as under:-
1. That I am well aware that, the petitioner i.e. Smt KALPANA DHIREN

PAREKH, who is my mother is filing a petition for letters of Administration

without WILL of the property and credits of Late Dhiren Dinkarai Parekh i.e. the

deceased abovenamed in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in its

Testamentary Jurisdiction in her capacity as a Legal heir of the deceased.

2. I say that Late Dhiren Dinkarai Parekh i.e. the deceased is my father and that

he died intestate without making any WILL and left behind me, my brother Mr.

Deep Parekh and my mother as only surviving legal heir of my deceased father.

3. I say that I am also aware that my mother has filed a Petition for obtaining

Letters of Administration without Will, in respect of properties and credits

belonging to the deceased abovenamed, before this Hon’ble High Court at

Bombay, in his capacity as a Legal heir of the deceased.

4. I say that I being daughter of the deceased have No-Objection and hereby

give my full and free consent to the Letters of Administration being granted to the

Petitioner abovenamed without service of any Citation upon me and without any
surety being justified in respect of my Share in the estate of the deceased

abovenamed.

5. I say that, whatever is stated above is true to my own knowledge and belief

and I believe the same to be true.
