DESCRIPTION
My name is Jenna Steele! I am excited to have you in my class. I hope you come to class
with an open mind and ready to learn. To make this course run smoothly, I encourage you
to actively participate. This course is designed to educate online students in Colombia at
Colegio de Chiquinquira on understanding and speaking the English language at the
beginner level. The goal is to give students the confidence to have simple conversations
with their peers. They will possess the skills to read, write, speak, and negotiate meaning
in English. The students will write their own personal goals they want to achieve at the
beginning of the semester and we will reflect at the end.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

lesson plan of the week.
● Students will be able to use that vocabulary to talk about themselves, their family,
their peers, and friends.
● Students will be able to use simple present tense.
● Students will be able to talk about their favorite hobbies and physical activities.
● Students will be able to describe what clothes they will wear for the weather
conditions.
