In connection to the Notice to Explain we served to you last April 5, 2024 that allegedly you were drunk
entering the Store in Robinson Appliances Iligan on March 19, 2024. In your written explanation dated
March April 6, 2024 stated that you insist to enter the store even though you are drunk yet you were aware
that in our company policy that a drunk employee is not allowed to enter during work hours or within
company premises. Furthermore, you also admitted that you are under the influence of alcohol due to your
personal problem.

Prior to commencing your work, you received orientation regarding company policies, which explicitly
prohibit the consumption of alcoholic liquor, clear communication and adherence to policies are vital for
the efficient functioning of our team. We trust that this incident will serve as a reminder to prioritize proper
channels for requesting time away from your assigned responsibilities.

 COMPANY DECORUM AND CONDUCT – C18 “ which states that, reporting for work under the
influence of liquor or alcoholic beverages or with apparent “ hang-over” or drinking alcoholic
beverage within the company premises which is ground for DISMISSAL

In this regard, please explain within five (5) days from receipt of this notice why no disciplinary action
should be imposed upon you for violating our company policy. Your failure to submit your written
explanation within the period provided and failure to attend the conference hearing shall be construed as a
waiver of your right to be heard and the Company shall decide the matter on the basis of all records and
evidence available to it.

Meantime, you are placed under preventive suspension for thirty (30) days starting April 20, 2024 or until
resolution for this case is resolved.

Your failure to submit your written explanation within the period provided shall be construed as a waiver of

available to it.
