TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This offer is an Expression of Interest sought by ESSENN INFRA TOWNSHIP PVT. LTD. and it is not a booking of a plot. I/We
understand that this EOI is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below. I/We also understand that submission
and acceptance of this EOI does not confer or create any rights in my/our favor and shall not be construed as a
con irmation of allotment in my/our favor. Acceptance and/or rejection of this EOI is at the sole and absolute discretion
of the Company.
2. I/we understand that the booking and allotment process for the Project is not yet open to the public and this EOI is made
available to me/us on an invitation basis only. I/We hereby submit our EOI to be allotted and sold the preferred plot

4. Price range indicated, if any, are approximate igures and is liable to change.
5. There is no speci ic commitment on the plot number by ESSENN INFRA TOWNSHIP PVT. LTD. with respect to this Application.
6. The Company may, at its sole discretion, return the EOI along with the cheque(s)/amount paid by me/us, without
assigning any reason whatsoever. I/We understand that the Company reserves the right to withdraw/reschedule launch
of the Project and consequently, withdraw/defer/cancel allotment of plot/unit to me/us by returning the
cheque/amount paid.
7. Once the plot is assigned ( illing of Booking form), an amount equivalent to 10% of the agreement value + GST + 0.1%
towards e-stamp paper on agreement Value less the Initial Deposit paid (details mentioned above) is payable. The
amount can be paid immediately or through a Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) dated within 5 days of allotment, failing which,
ESSENN INFRA TOWNSHIP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to cancel the EOI and refund the initial deposit (details mentioned
above) without interest.

8. Platinum token will be a non-refundable amount and Gold token will be a refundable amount.

9. Company reserves the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit monies paid if the amounts are not paid as per the terms
of booking and/ or if the amount paid by cheque is dishon ored for non -availability of funds or for any other reasons,
and/ or suppression of information/ wrong information which is required to be provided at the time of booking
resulting in a violation by the Applicant.
10. If applicant decides to cancel the bookin g before allotment (before illing Application Form), in such case depending
upon the terms of token generated as per point 8, the initial deposit amount (details mentioned above) will be returned
without interest.
11. In addition to the cost of the Plot, ther e would be additional expenses towards Stamp Duty, Registration and Legal
Charges; infrastructure & developmentcharges; applicable GST and any other statutory levies; service charges towards
property assessment etc. Applicant would be required to pay on actual value o f the Plot based on the prevailing rates.
12. Once the project is completed, there would be expenses towards the maintenance of the common areas, which
would be in the form of either a lump sum payment
13. An applicant can register for only one plot per form.
14. Only a limited number of plots are on offer.

16. The allotment would be on a irst-come- irst-serve basis, subject to approval of the application.
17. Offer price is towards base price only. PLC charges EXTRA as applicable.

19. Offer is subject to force majeure conditions.
